Privacy
NTV has no accounts, no sign-in and no advertising tracker. This is everything the site keeps and everything it hands to someone else.
Kept on your device
Your playlists, what you saved, your settings and where you left off are stored in your own browser. They never leave it unless you share a playlist. Clearing the site's data removes them.
Kept by NTV
When you share a playlist, it is stored so the link works for whoever opens it. When you report a video or ask for a band, that report is stored so it can be acted on. None of these carries your name. Your internet address is looked at for a moment, in memory, to stop the same thing being sent over and over, and is not stored.
Your rough location
NTV's host, Cloudflare, tells the site roughly which city a visit comes from. NTV uses that only to put a band's nearest shows first. It is not written down anywhere.
Others involved
YouTube plays every video, through its privacy-enhanced player (youtube-nocookie.com); YouTube's own privacy policy applies to what it plays. Cloudflare hosts the site. Ticketmaster, Amazon and any other seller you follow a link to sets its own cookies on its own site, under its own policy; see Affiliate Links. NTV sends them nothing about you — a link carries only what you clicked and NTV's shop tag, and Amazon reports back totals only, with no names and no orders attached.
