American rapper (born 1980)

Howard Earl Bailey Jr., better known by his stage name Chingy, is an American rapper. Based in St. Louis, he toured as an opening act with fellow St. Louis rapper Nelly in 2002, and signed with fellow Southern rapper Ludacris' record label, Disturbing tha Peace (DTP), that same year.
